Food was good,but the service is terrible! Keep forgetting our order... had to remind the cashier 3 time to bring me my missing item🤦🏼‍♀️

Overrated... not any better than dunkin.

Love their shrimp bowl. Never understand why they say "shrimp up" when you order it.

Overpriced for what it is. Slow service Staff didn't seem to care much, not good customer service. Food is fine, at least healthier than most fast food.

The black beans in the Tex-Mex salad were in a bunch of water(not drained). The tables were filthy and when an employee cleaned them, she wiped the bits of food unto the floor and left.

Ok, so got to the bagel place and they are out of bagels. I asked how long for the next batch and they told me not today!!!!! I guess they are no longer freshly made. Won't be back, other shops actually have freshly made bagels for sale!!

A very nice privately owned small restaurant with excellent Bagels. VERY good sandwiches, Offerdahl's is a must for anyone who likes bagels and muffins and baked goods.

1st time here, had the farmhand plate and my wife had the avocado toast and both were amazing! looking forward to coming back and trying more things on menu

The food was really good! I never ate at this restaurant before but a friend took me to the Palmetto Bay location. I was impressed with food and drink options. I will definitely be heading back there. I had the Chicken Chowder and my friend had the Kale Caesar Salad, they were both delicious. Recommended!

If it was for the food I give this place a five!! However, it was filthy, the floor was dirty, and the people behind the counter were cursing and talking really loud. My food took forever to get which was admitting considering the fact that it was empty. This location is awesome but the workers are totally Bringing Down the atmosphere. I was starving so I didn't send my food back with the young man use the same gloves and the person that takes the money was touching on the bread

Great soup and sandwiches

My wife and I started coming to this place a few months back. We really enjoyed the food but 9 times out of 10 when you order to go they either get the bagel order wrong or forget the sauce, and the sauce really does make the breakfast sandwiches. Service is pretty good.

The food is good, nothing special. The cashier's on the other hand, told me that Vegetarian food is for weird people. I am vegetarian, so I felt offended. Other than that, the place is clean and the service is fast.

The food was terrific. I enjoyed their South Western platter. The service was wonderful. Sonia, the lady at the register was very welcoming and accomodating. Coffee was brewed fresh for us. The rest of the staff was also very professional.

This place is a gem! The food. OMG the food. Was. Amazing. The service was outstanding! I had a lemon quinoa power bowl with salmon. To die for. If you can make it there on a day they have roasted red pepper soup, do yourself a favor and order it. Best I've ever had.

It has been about 10 years since I had been here. I decided to try it again because the menu looked interesting online. The food was better than average and consistent with the price. However the restaurant looks and feels run-down and dated and it was on the dirty side, hence the 3 stars. Would I go back? Yes if I was hungry and had to stay in the area. But I would not stop if I was passing through.

Quiet smaller place with good food.

When ever I’m in the area of Palmetto Bay I always make sure to come have dinner with my family when Sonia is there. She makes the best food! Posting photo so you can see how amazing my burger looks. She makes you feel so welcomed and comfortable , welcomes you with a big smile and talks with all customers. My kids feel at home and love coming here. She’s amazing and the food is healthy and amazing! I totally recommend this place.

Food is Great! Probably the best place to get a toasted bagel and cream cheese in miami. They have a wonderful menu of healthy and well priced items. They’re salmon BLT is amazing!

Good food with different options, including vegan.

The place was clean and food was healthy and tasty. I had Lemon Quinoa. The regular size was big enough to fill you up. But, I couldn't resist ordering the gigantic chocolate cookies. Other sweets such as muffins and brownies were also tempting, but I had to eat the cookie. It was soft and chewy, full of chunks of different kinds of chocolate. It was very satisfying. The staff there were very friendly and professional, taking away our plates from our table when we finished with them. I'd like to visit again.

Very health food oriented restaurant. wonderful Bagels, good menu, good coffee, very pleasant place. Extremely tasty baked goods such as muffins and cookies.

Great managers, quick and happy staff, delicious food served fresh and fast which is also very reasonably priced, the catering is always on time. We love coming here for a yummy bite, plus their teas are delicious 😊 and they have a great vegetarian menu too!
